Design Glow Studio – Commercial License Policy

Applies to all digital products sold by Design Glow Studio and Raven&Rose Studio

What This License Includes

When you purchase our All-Access Commercial License, you are granted:

✔️ Permission to use any digital product from our store to create up to 500 physical end products per design

✔️ Use on finished goods for resale (e.g. tumblers, mugs, t-shirts, stickers, journals, signs)

✔️Print designs for sale on physical products (UV DTF Transfers, DTF transfers, Sublimation prints etc)

✔️ Use across multiple sales channels: Etsy, Shopify, markets, wholesale, etc.

✔️ Coverage of all past, current, and future products in our shop

✔️ Use for personal and small business purposes

❌ What This License Does NOT Include

Even with a commercial license, the following is strictly prohibited:

❌ You may NOT resell, share, or distribute our digital files as-is

❌ You may NOT sell or offer any digital products created with our files (e.g. PNGs, templates, SVGs, downloads, clipart packs, digital planners, etc.) 

❌ You may NOT use our designs in any trademarked logo, branding, or product packaging

❌ You may NOT offer our files as part of any giveaway, bundle, or subscription

❌ You may NOT claim our artwork as your own

Important Terms

• One license = One business or user. You cannot transfer, sublicense, or share your license.

• This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

• We reserve the right to update this license at any time. All updates will be posted here.

• License holders are responsible for ensuring their use remains compliant.

• If you're unsure if your use is covered, reach out before using the design commercially.

Proof of License

Your purchase receipt serves as proof of license. We recommend keeping a digital copy on file for verification if requested.
